About Jayson
Jayson is becoming someone who is seen and known by a few and using his unique gifts from God to lead, encourage, create and build relationships in an authentic way. Currently Jayson is passionate around getting men together for authentic and real conversations and gatherings.
Jayson has spent 28 years as a behavioral finance specialist and advisor in the wealth management business and is a managing director at Baird. Their team has won multiple financial industry awards while at Baird. Jayson also is a singer-songwriter and previously was a touring and professional recording artist in a past life with songs on the radio. Jayson also had a past life coaching middle and high school basketball and even drove a yellow school bus. He does different things also from time to time.
Outside of work, Jayson led the executive committee at Highland Park United Methodist Church multiple years. He was also on the board of trustees for Visible Music College in Memphis, TN as well as the board of directors for the Roots Network. He and Amy serve on Belmont University’s advisory council and they are involved with organizations, including Love Does, Drake University and The Roots Network. Jayson loves Disney, music, reading, great meals around the table and relationships.
Jayson has been married to his very best friend Amy for 28 years and together they have three sons, Silas, Bennett and Henry.
